Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Faber websites, desktop apps, online services, connected tools, and related support. By using Faber, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account safe, protecting your sign-in details, and making sure all use under your account follows these terms. You must provide accurate account and billing information.

Use of the service

Faber helps you set up and run recurring work. Some features use AI to prepare drafts, summaries, updates, and other results. You are responsible for what you ask Faber to do, the apps you connect, the information you provide, and how you use the results. You should review results before relying on them for important decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use Faber to break the law, violate someone else's rights, get around security controls, access data without permission, send spam, distribute malware, overload systems, copy data in violation of third-party terms, or create harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

Connected accounts

You may connect third-party services such as email, calendars, storage, spreadsheets, customer systems, and other tools. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect those services and use the information you route through Faber.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the product or order flow. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you provide to Faber. You give Faber the permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, and create results from that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Faber's rights

Faber and its software, design, documents, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Faber or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of Faber technology or branding.

Early features

Some features may be early, limited, or offered as previews. These features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Disclaimers

Faber is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faber will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could harm Faber, other users, or third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
