Write the task
Plain words, the way you'd explain it out loud. No flowcharts. Or start from a catalog task and tell it what to change, which is the same conversation starting further along.
Invoice chasing
- Every morning, check the Invoices sheet for anything overdue.
- Email a polite reminder, firmer the later it is.
- If someone replies with a pay date, check back then.

Review the preview, and choose what needs approval
Faber lays out every action from a full preview run. Mark any of them "require approval" and Faber sets those aside for you. What you approve here is what it does on every run after.
