This Privacy Policy explains how Faber collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, desktop app, online service, connected apps, and support channels.
Information we collect
We collect information such as name, email address, company, contact requests, sign-in details, billing status, and support messages. If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, and any additional information you choose to share. When you create or use tasks in Faber, we may process the names, instructions, files, schedules, results, records of what happened, and problem reports needed to make them work.
If you connect third-party services, we process the information needed to provide the requested work, such as secure access details, app settings, selected files, messages, calendar events, spreadsheet data, customer records, or responses from connected apps. The exact data depends on the apps and permissions you choose.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, sign users in, handle the tasks you request, keep requested data in sync, maintain records of what happened, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, fix issues, and improve reliability.
Third-party services
Faber may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email delivery, product analytics, and AI features. We also interact with third-party services that you connect to Faber. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
AI processing
The information needed for a task may be sent to AI services when needed to do the work you request. Under our agreements with these providers, your content is not used to train their AI models. We use this information to provide the service and do not sell your Faber content.

Our public website is designed to work without advertising cookies. When you are signed in, Faber may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, preferences, and basic product features.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. You may ask us to delete account information, subject to service, legal, and security limits.
Security
Connected-app credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and all production traffic uses TLS. Sign-in uses Google with short-lived sessions. We also use access controls and monitoring. No online system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and connected-app permissions.
Your choices
You can choose which tasks to create, which files or connected accounts to use, and which permissions to grant. You may revoke connected account access through Faber or the third-party provider. You may also contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
Children
Faber is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. If changes are important, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable channel.
